Transitioning into talent acquisition, I’ve been responsible for spearheading our distributor’s recruitment efforts and fostering strong connections with academic institutions to source the best talent. From leading on-campus recruiting efforts to managing the full-cycle hiring processes, I thrive on identifying and cultivating individuals who embody excellence. As the Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist, I oversaw a 22% staffing percentage increase in just 5 months!<\/p>\n
In the spirit of aligning my career more with my passion and values, I made the transition into the sustainability sector and returned to sales management. As the Sales Manager for VCA Green, I oversee the sales team to drive results and ensure a quality customer experience with our line of services.<\/p>\n
Outside of my career, I regularly volunteer with TreePeople to plant and foster the continued growth of trees in underserved communities, as well as serve on the board of the LA West chapter of Citizens Climate Lobby to win partners in lobbying our government to take action on climate.<\/p>\n
