About Massimo

Massimo Lesti was born on October 16, 1995 in Berkeley, California. His family moved to Napa Valley, where he spent most of his youth. He accelerated in his academic career, earning top marks at both St. Apollinaris Middle School and Justin-Siena High School. He grew up playing golf, tennis, and basketball where he learned the value in individual effort as well as teamwork.

In 2014, he began attending Chapman University, having received the University’s Chancellor Scholarship award, where he studied Business Administration. In December 2014, he was initiated as a member of Phi Kappa Tau. He was elected as the Risk Management Chair for the Fraternity Chapter in his first semester. In this position, he monitored legal liability and general welfare of the Chapter and must lead a risk management team to ensure safety at each Chapter event. In 2016, he was elected and as the Vice President for the chapter. In this role, he helped manage the outward image of the fraternity and its affairs on campus.

Professionally, Massimo has accumulated a mass of experience in the digital marketing sector, which is complimented by his exposure to the customer service and sales industries, as well as his empathetic and welcoming personality that extends into both his professional and personal life.

Today, Massimo enjoys surfing, cooking, playing golf, writing and performing music on guitar and vocals, and speaking the Italian language and exploring its culture. He is an avid world traveler and constantly seeks to gain a deeper understanding of the world through exposure to different walks of life.
